Vanessa is a bilingual (Spanish/English) full time Realtor® at Realty Texas. Vanessa, born and raised in Mexico, has been an Austin resident since 2011. Prior to becoming a REALTOR® at Realty Texas, Vanessa worked in Guadalajara as a Kindergarten teacher and a Spanish tutor for multiple multinational companies. For years she found self-fulfillment helping students learn and grow. Vanessa went into education and real estate for the same reason many do – she wanted to help others. Vanessa entered real estate with an enormous variety of skills she learned as a teacher. Vanessa is a highly organized, detail oriented and motivated person. Her first priority is always open, honest communication about her client’s particular needs. With experience as a landlord for several years and private lender for residential properties, Vanessa can help clients in both Spanish and English with all of their real estate transactions. Vanessa enjoys spending quality time with her son Alex (6) who has inherited her deep love of Austin’s vibrant music scene.
